Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment. Accounts may be blocked from future online booking after two late cancellations or no‑shows. For full terms please bellow.

Cancellation Policy

At Ma•Tô hair, we appreciate your business and retaining loyalty. As a small business, we value your understanding that missed appointments can greatly impact our service and operations. To help maximize availability for our customers and minimize the impact on our business, we have established a cancellation policy.
By booking an appointment we acknowledge your agreement to this policy.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations within 24 hours are accepted.

    • If there are 2 late cancellations/no show, the system will automatically block online bookings for that account.

    • To book future appointments, please call +447596742964.

    • A non refundable deposit of 50% of the booked services will be taken, which will be deducted from your final bill on attendances.

    • A payment link will be send, after payment is completed, an appointment confirmation will be sent to you.
